Pines Form Examples

Welcome to the Pines Form example page. This page functions as a reference for Pines' html form design. It also makes a great sample design to use in your own web project. All this code is licensed AGPL, as it is part of the Pines project.

The Pines Form was designed with the goal of providing great flexibility, customizeable design, hack/Javascript-free code, and sensible and valid XHTML1.0/XHTML1.1/CSS. Use the buttons at the bottom of the page to see for yourself that all code on this page is valid.

Example Form 2

This form is custom styled.



Example Form 3

Example Form 4

This form has fixed width elements and no border. This can be done by changing either the markup, or the CSS.



Example Form 5

This form tests alignment of elements to conserve space on wider screens. Try resizing the browser window.
